Easy and Exceptional Shepherd’s Pie

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pound hamburger

2 ribs celery, diced

1 chopped onion

1 cup corn nibblets or peas (or both)

2 tablespoons A1 sauce (or 1/3 cup ketchup)

1 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

Pepper to taste

2-3 cups prepared mashed potatoes
-
Butter
-
Paprika
-
Preheat oven to 325Degrees
-
Pour the oil into a large skillet and brown hamburger over medium-low heat, breaking up any larger pieces.

Add celery and onion and sauté 2-3 minutes.

Stir in seasoning, vegetables, and sauce and transfer mixture to a greased pie pan.

Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the meat mixture; dot the top with butter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Enjoy!
